Another small crowd today.  Where has everybody gone ?  The Aussies (including Captain Stewy) were watching Australian Rugby – Qld vs NSW.

Luckily we had Corky & Ben back after 7 weeks and Rene & Poung back after 4 months.

The fours beat the threes again this week.  Winners were Surachot, Les, Lennart and Corky.

Lennart really found form today with a +93.  His handicap dropped from 51 to 36.  Take that mate !

Hope we see a few more regulars back next week.

5 teams of 3 this week, the winners on lane 12 with 1881 pins were Tip -18, Mike B +46 and John X +53... sharing 600B.  All the other teams were between 100 - 141 pins behind.
We tried a side pot for high score which John X put his claim on in game 1 with a series of strikes again and again.  Maybe we might do it again in future but have a small prize for each of 3 games.
Stand-out players this week under notice of the handicapper,  Lennart +35, RJ +34, Les +34 and Surachot +15.

13 Bowlers today, 3 teams of 3 and one 4. Just to be different the big team won.
On lane 12 with 2444 pins was John V +2, Michael +20, Mike B -29 and Fon +51.
High score was Les with a 244(168). Jacob brought his friend Allen along, he seems to be experienced in the game.
There wasn't any other notable games this week, Les, Michael and Fon were the only three scaring the pins.
We did suffer from the humidity quite a bit, that's a good excuse for most of us.

20 bowlers today, Lennart returned after 2 years away and new Aussie expat bowler Len embarrased the handicapper.
After a poor warm up game of 65 Len was given a handicap of 99, he then top scored.  No prize for top score this week (hee hee)
The winners on lane 10 with 2583 pins were Len +86, Michael -1, Mike B +44 and Smiley +54. 600 bhat shared.
Second place sharing 200 Bhat on 3454 pins were lane 13: Stewart +83, David L +41, Jo -18 and John F -52.

The lanes actually behaved well today and 2 orange shirted staff were quite attentive with drinks, resets and scoring.
