In the absence of our organizers, Dao and Yung (holidaying in Singapore) Les had to step back into the breach this week.

At least it was a more manageable group of only 39 players.



The one team of 3 – Ken, Martin & Brock had a real day out and blitzed the field. All bowled really well to come up with an average team score of 2597 – hard to beat and it wasn’t ! Well done guys.



Second place with a creditable score of 2438 went to Pat, Ning 4 (her 2nd game) Michael & John P still 159 pins behind the winners.



Most other teams had a day they would rather forget, but some hard triers for their teams were : Ted 697, Ben 685, Erik 671, Gary L 664, Vince 654, Richard M 644, & Ram 638.



There were some good individual high game scores with Ted hanging around to collect the money on 255 until the last team to finish came in with Garry W on 259.



Some players came to the attention of the handicapper and some who got the axe were :

Brock 61 (-19) Ted 56 (-19) John R 32 (-9) Rene 82 (-8) Garry W 56 (-7) & Ben

74 (-7).



Just a reminder – try and help your organizers

: try to register by 3.30pm in these days with the larger numbers involved.

: ring Yung 0850363848 or Les 0837620891 or someone else you know to let us know if you are going to be late.

: finish practice games by 3.50pm so teams can go up for 4,00pm start.

: Alley staff are having to work harder these days, they don’t get much, so if you can drop a little something in the tip box it would be appreciated.
